has a formal education in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.  Graduate work is in Information Systems.  Davis holds a North Carolina General Certification as a Real Estate Appraiser.  Early in his career he obtained Fortune 500 experience in Marketing under the supervision of John Chambers now CEO for Cisco Systems.  Since 1985 Davis has operated his consulting firm providing services to HUD, FDIC banks and developers. He has previous experience with offices in Raleigh and Asheville, and he has mentored both General and Residential Appraisers in their quest for certification. Currently, Davis is the Chief Appraiser specializing in preparing reports of commercial properties, discounted cash flow analysis of development properties and provides expert witness testimony. Davis, resides in Wilmington with his wife and three sons.

has a formal education in Computer Programming and holds a North Carolina General Certification as a Real Estate Appraiser. She spent almost 20 years in the North Carolina Timber Industry before developing her appraisal career. Arvidson’s roll as Associate Appraiser in the firm is a key position. In addition to providing appraisal reports for income producing properties, she provides the firm with strong research and compliance skills. Arvidson was raised in Wilmington, North Carolina where she currently resides with her husband and two sons.

has a formal education in Business Administration with a double concentration in Finance and Marketing; she also spent a summer studying global marketing trials in Aix-en-Provence, France. Prior to moving to Wilmington, NC she held a position of assistant to the president of regional headquarters in the commercial division of Gateway Bank. Cross has been employed by Ted M. Davis since June 2008 where she is Director of Business Development.  Cross a North Carolina native, was raised in Elizabeth City, and lived in our state capital from 2004 through 2008; this relocation has given her a greater understanding of the different market demands throughout the state.
